  • Typical turnaround is 8-10 business days or less, based on client response time. You can expect to receive your initial draft for review in 4-6 business days. We do not like to rush the process – as this is one of the most important components in your job search toolbelt.

  • After the contract has been signed and payment has been made, you will receive an onboarding questionnaire to complete and return. Once your writer has reviewed the information, there will typically be a 15-20 minute Clarifying Call scheduled. This is included in your service price.

  • Yes! Our process is highly collaborative. We offer a sneak peek look at how your resume is shaping up – usually about halfway through the process.

  • Our resume services include two revisions. The sneak peek is a great opportunity for you to see how the resume is beginning to shape up. If there are concerns, this would be the time to discuss them with your writer. We want you to be 100% satisfied and informed, throughout the process.

    If you have a minor update or adjustment you need us to make, we are happy to do so during those first 30 days. Any edits or revisions that would require more than 30 minutes will be billed at an hourly rate.

  • We have found that clients with a target role in mind have better outcomes. A targeted resume will produce more interviews since the document is tailored to the specific role you’re seeking. A general resume will typically include information that isn’t necessarily relevant and will lack the appropriate keywords needed to help you get through the Applicant Tracking System.

  • No. The writers on our team have produced resumes at all career levels and in a wide-range of industries including but not limited to Human Resources, Marketing, Operations & Logistics, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, Retail Management, Education, Information Technology, and many others.

  • Absolutely not. Many of our clients are in the same boat. It is one of the first questions we ask! We will take great care to keep everything confidential and under the radar.

  • Unfortunately, no. We do not offer that service at this time. Please note the preferred formats used by recruiters are Microsoft Word and PDF.

  • No worries! You don’t need a resume to get started. We will gather all the required information during our resume-writing process.

  • No. We wish we could, but there are too many variables and things beyond our control to make that guarantee.
